Visitors can use the browser on their personal mobile phone to check-in and check-out without touching the Kiosk or iPad screen. Exhibit the QR code at the front desk for visitors to scan and enter all the required information.
Let the walk-in or pre-booked visitors to use kiosk to self-check-in into the organization. They can choose from various ways to easily check in and check-out. Capture visitor’s photo, digital signing for Terms and Conditions, visitor’s badge and delivery package drop off are available in the kiosk check-in. Kiosk screen can be customized based on the company’s brand and colour.
When a meeting is booked, QR code and Meeting code are sent to the visitor via Email or SMS. The visitors can either scan the QR-code or enter the Meeting code using the kiosk screen for easy check-in.
Residents of the UAE can sign-in to iVisita with just a few steps. There is no need for them to manually enter their details when they visit for the first time. They can simply scan their Emirates ID using the scanner provided at the front desk and check-in. Additionally, for visitors who do not possess Emirates ID can use their Passport for registration. This feature comes in handy when authentication of the visitor’s identity is required.
All the meeting activities are notified instantly to both visitor and the host via SMS, WhatsApp, or E-mail. Based on the settings, notifications that the host receive may contain action buttons for approval or rejection of the meeting. By logging into iVisita web portal, it is possible to create or customize the default messages to suit the company’s branding.
After a visitor completes the check-in process, print visitor’s badge having their meeting details so that the visitor can carry it around for easy access in the company. With respect to the company’s branding the badge can be customized.
Using the iVisita web portal /Calendar, pre-book the visitors for a meeting sending them the QR code and Meeting code for easy check-in. The web portal also lets the user to manage the meeting and send registration link to their visitors. This link can be used to add visitor’s details and to add more visitors.
Integrating Access Control System with iVisita will help tighten the security and to track visitors’ movement. Access control will deny the visitor’s entry until they check-in into the iVisita system.
We provide an option to integrate Microsoft Teams in our Visitor Management Software. This feature can be used at times when its unfeasible for your visitors to join the meeting. During pre-booking send the Teams meeting links to your visitors to connect remotely with them.
